The Indo-British Scholars’ Association (IBSA), in collaboration with the British Council, hosted a Family Scrabble evening at the British Council Library on 27th June, 2026.

From seasoned wordsmiths to enthusiastic beginners, players of all ages came together for a memorable day of strategy, learning and friendly competition.

Aakriti Jhunjhunwala, Co Chair of Programmes Council ideated and curated this event along with British Council colleagues. We appreciated our members joining with their families and past President Subrata Paul for giving away the prizes generously sponsored by Goldex Pens. The champions for the evening were Ritushree Guha⁩ and her 10 year old daughter Raiana Suchitra Guha.
