Following the success of its 2024 edition, the Indo-British Scholars’ Association (IBSA), in collaboration with the British Council Library, hosted a Family Scrabble Evening in July 2025. The event brought together seven parent-child pairs from both IBSA and the British Council Library for a fun, interactive learning experience.

 

The evening began with a welcome by Dr. Nandini Ray and an introduction to the game by Ms. Aakriti Jhunjhunwala, who also conducted the sessions. Ms. Praveena from the British Council spoke briefly on the spirit of collaboration.

 

Two lively rounds of Scrabble saw spirited competition, culminating in a prize distribution ceremony. Trophies were presented by Mr. Vishesh Agarwal on behalf of Goldex Pens. The winning team was IBSA members Ms. Ritushree and her daughter Ms. Riana Guha.
