IBSA in collaboration with Oxford Bookstore, Ahava Communications and Niogi Books organised an interactive session with Achala Moulick, on the launch of her book Phantom Lovers -Two Novellas, on 15 June 2024 at Oxford Book Store.

The Author, a Pushkin Medal Winner, Former Director General of Archaeological Society of India and former Education Secretary, was in conversation with Jael Silliman and Manish Purohit. The session was moderated by Oindrilla Dutt.

Alexey M. Idamkin, Consul General of Russian Federation in Kolkata was Chief Guest while Subrata Paul, President IBSA, was the Guest of honour at the evening.
